We do not claim ownership of your code.

CodeValid uses automated systems and AI models to analyze requirements, validate changes, and identify potential issues.
You acknowledge that:
- Outputs are provided to assist development, not replace human judgment
- You remain responsible for reviewing and approving changes
- AI-generated results may contain errors or omissions
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
6. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)
Some features may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and payment obligations will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to CodeValid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CodeValid is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
